- Dieline. We build or refine the cutting pattern to your product's exact dimensions, accounting for board thickness, glue flaps, and tolerances.
- Sample. Our in-house team cuts, scores, folds, and finishes a physical prototype on the actual substrate you'll use in production — corrugated, folding carton stock, or rigid board — for a high-fidelity result rather than a rough mock-up.
- Revise. You review the sample against your product, flag fit or finish issues, and we adjust the dieline or the print files.
- Approve. Once the sample checks out — structurally and visually — you sign off on it as the reference standard for your run.
- Produce. The approved prototype becomes the spec sheet for manufacturing, so what ships at scale matches what you held in your hands.
Because prototyping, dieline work, and production all run through the same team, revisions move in days rather than the weeks it can take when a sample has to travel between a design studio and an overseas factory.
Materials, Structures, and Finishes We Prototype
